With over 30 years of experience in new home construction, Jennifer Gustason brings extensive expertise in both resale and new home sales. A licensed real estate agent for 25 years, she plays a vital role at Coastal Community Builders, ensuring seamless operations and enhancing client experiences.

Ben Fine brings over 20 years of land development expertise to his role as Vice President of Construction at Coastal Community Builders.
