Gary Grossman

President

With over 35 years of experience, Gary Grossman has built a legacy of creating vibrant residential communities and innovative commercial properties. As President of Coastal Community Builders, he is also a seasoned real estate investor with substantial equity positions in completed and ongoing projects. Gary holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning and Real Estate Financing from the University of Southern California.

Chief Executive Officer

Cam Boyd brings nearly 20 years of experience in construction management and real estate development across California and Southeast Asia. His ability to blend strategic insight with hands-on expertise ensures CCB continues to create innovative, high-quality communities.

A graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Cam leads with a forward-thinking approach and a deep understanding of the evolving housing industry.

Eileen Dickey

Chief Financial Officer

Eileen Dickey brings over 20 years of financial expertise to her role as Chief Financial Officer at Coastal Community Builders. Since joining CCB in 1998, she has played a key role in the company’s growth and long-term financial stability. Her expertise spans risk management, commercial property management, and corporate real estate.

Eileen works closely with the Sales Department to align financial strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless operations across the organization.

Jennifer Gustason

Executive Administration Officer

With over 30 years of experience in new home construction, Jennifer Gustason brings extensive expertise in both resale and new home sales. A licensed real estate agent for 25 years, she plays a vital role at Coastal Community Builders, ensuring seamless operations and enhancing client experiences.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Horticulture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, deepening her understanding of design, sustainability, and the Central Coast lifestyle. Her leadership continues to shape CCB’s success and commitment to building lasting communities.

Vice President of Construction

Ben Fine brings over 20 years of land development expertise to his role as Vice President of Construction at Coastal Community Builders. A licensed civil engineer, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

Before joining CCB, Ben served as Director of Public Works and City Engineer for Pismo Beach, overseeing major infrastructure and development projects. His experience in both public and private sectors ensures the successful execution of CCB’s construction initiatives.

Sales Director

Kaylee Suhrer brings a unique blend of real estate expertise and design appreciation to her role as Sales Director at Coastal Community Builders. A licensed real estate agent since 2017, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Parks & Tourism Administration from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

Her background includes experience in brokerage support at Dannecker & Associates in San Diego and four years managing operations at HGW Architecture. Since joining CCB in 2020, Kaylee has been passionate about residential real estate, combining her knowledge of craftsmanship and design to help clients find homes they truly love.

Travis Ford brings over 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising, including nearly a decade in broadcast television and 12 years leading an award-winning digital marketing agency. As Chief Marketing Officer at Coastal Community Builders, he has expanded the company’s digital presence while maintaining the trusted marketing strategies homebuyers expect.
